CUSTOMER BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS


OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

At ‘All About You’ your appointments and well being are very important to us. We do understand that on a rare occasion unexpected events can occur making it difficult to keep a scheduled appointment. If you do need to change your appointment date and time, we do request that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. This will assist us in being able to offer alternative Clients the slot.

A Credit Card is required to hold your appointment and unfortunately appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a charge of 10% of the service amount or where clients are a ‘No-Show’ they will incur a charge of 30% of the service amount. Fees will be charged to the card on file.

 
LATE ARRIVAL

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 30% of the service scheduled.


PLEASE ALSO NOTE ALL SELF EMPLOYED INDVIDUALS WORKING WITHIN THE SALON WILL HAVE THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDTIONS AND SHOULD BE CONTACTED FOR ANY SUCH INFORMATION.
